Read your Discord without reading it.
Your community’s Discord is the richest feedback you own — and nobody has time to read it. We read the week for you and hand back one Standing Brief: a plain-English verdict, a Health score, and the two or three things worth doing next — each backed by the exact message.

- We never post, DM, or moderate. We surface; your team decides.
- We don't read DMs — ever. No DM access, no exceptions.
- We only read servers you authorize. Never third-party servers.
- We're not a CRM. No contact dossiers, no lead scoring, no sales sync.
- We don't keep raw messages forever. We keep what's needed to regenerate your reports, then delete.

The problem
The patterns are in there. They just don't surface at human reading speed.
A community manager handling 20 bug reports a day breaks at 200. A trust & safety team of one can't read 10,000 messages a week to find the dozen accounts that matter. Nobody scrolls a clip channel at 3 a.m. to catch the dupe before it hits a third-party market. So the signal your players are handing you — the repeated question, the quietly churning veteran, the gold-seller in #trade — scrolls past. Every day.
Feedback drowns in praise
The balance complaint that matters is buried under fan hype. You can't tell what's loud from what's urgent.
Your team is one person
Community, support, social, PR — one role, five jobs. “Read the entire server” was never on the list.
The bad stuff hides
Gold-sellers, dupe chatter, the small minority driving most of the toxicity — all in your server, none of it surfaced.
How it works
From server to brief in three steps.

Cheap, deterministic analysis handles the counts, spam, and activity maps. An LLM reads for what rules miss — sarcasm, implicit complaints, a thread's tone turning.

One Standing Brief per scan: a Health score, a verdict, and a short do-list, backed by the actual message excerpts your team can act on. Run it whenever you need a read — weekly, before a launch, or after a controversial patch.

Standing Brief
One answer, not five reports.
Every other tool hands you charts and leaves you to find the story. We read the week and hand back a decision — a verdict, a Health score, and what to do next, each backed by the message that proves it.

We name names — with the message that proves it. What you do about it is your call; we never post, DM, or take action against a user.
Discord for now. Slack and Telegram are on the roadmap.
Beyond counting
A counter sees a slur. Only a read catches a community turning on you.
Most of your report needs no AI at all — the counts, heatmaps, and spam detection are deterministic, and they're free. We spend an LLM only on the signals plain rules score wrong every time:
Sarcasm“finally a great patch,” posted right after a botched update.
Implicit complaints“I guess I'll just play something else.” No negative word in sight. Pure churn signal.
Tone across a threadanger building over twenty messages where no single one is extreme.
Mixed sentiment“love the game, but matchmaking is killing it” — lands in two different report sections.
Gaming slang“skill issue,” “L take,” “based.” Context flips the polarity; lexicons miss it.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the bot capture message content, or just metadata?
Both, depending on the feature. Activity charts, retention, and growth trends run on metadata — who posted, in which channel, at what time — with no message text required. AI analysis (opt-in, credit-based) reads and stores message text to generate your report. That content is kept only as long as your scan needs it, then permanently deleted when you remove the scan, disconnect the server, or close your account. We never capture DMs.
Can the bot see direct messages (DMs) between my members?
No. Discord's API does not give server bots access to direct messages. DMs are a private channel type the bot is never part of — there's no mechanism to access them, by Discord's design.
What happens to my data if I remove the bot or close my account?
Message data is deleted or reduced to anonymous aggregates when you delete a scan, disconnect a server, or close your account. You can also request immediate deletion by contacting support at any time. GDPR right-to-erasure requests from your members are processed within 30 days.
Does the bot sell our server's data?
No. We don't sell data to third parties. The product is funded entirely through subscriptions and credit purchases. Anonymous, non-identifiable aggregate patterns may inform product improvements, but nothing is tied to your server or your members.
Does the AI analysis train on our server's messages?
No. Your message data is used to generate your report and then discarded. We process AI through providers with contractual commitments against training on customer data. Your content is never used to improve any model or shared with other customers.
How much does it cost?
Analytics are free, forever. AI analysis runs on credits: you get 3 free at signup, then either top up with credit packs (from $2/credit, cheaper on paid plans) as you go or pick a monthly plan with credits included — paid plans start at $7/mo. One credit covers a full AI analysis of roughly 1,000 messages. No contract — you pay only when you analyze.
Will this predict a review bomb before it happens?
No — and we won't pretend to. We give you the structured breakdown of dissent after a controversy you already know about: who's upset, about what, and how concentrated the voices are. That's a decision you can defend; a prediction isn't.
Which languages does it handle?
The analysis reads whatever language your community writes in, and you choose the language the report itself is written in — English, Ukrainian, or Auto (match your server's content). Set a default for your account; each server can override it, and a server follows its owner's choice by default.
