The (software) factory is the product. Your product is only as good as the agents you set up to autonomously maintain it. This is what @elonmusk figured out about Tesla, and it's now true for the software world.

@rauchg guille, estimado, me lo explicarías para alguien que no es del palo??
Guillermo Rauch @rauchg
Antes escribiamos software “a mano”.
i think the factory of a product factory is more important.
The Glow Trans Baddies @Babul12Babul
So basically we’re all just code‑craving toddlers hoping the bots don’t glitch before coffee. 👌
Sergio Juntas Moreno @sergiojtsm
Now you've got me thinking about the moment the glass broke when they tried to demonstrate that incredible product—or the incredible factory they have—hahaha. The question I'm asking myself is: does the problem lie with the factory?
vedant @vvedantb
That's why I spent so much time investing into my software factory layer with Eva, now I can use my subs from CC/ChatGPT/Cursor inside Vercel sandboxes with access to everything that I would locally (a seeded db, dev server, agent-browser, MCP for everything) Now I have

i think this is exactly where we're headed. the factory is only as good as its feedback loops. agents will keep getting better, but without reliable validation, autonomy won't scale. building those feedback loops may become one of the most important engineering challenges.
Jared Franklin @jsfranklin221
This is probably the part I'm most excited by. I want to work on multiple products at once. And when building products, the user feedback<>iteration loop is critical. So I'm building the loop into the product for agents to handle. Users can flag issues or ideas directly. I get

Tesla owns the machines in that factory. Most agent setups rent theirs, and the model can change under you between runs. What do you pin so the factory does not drift?
The Business Club @onebusinessclub
Software is becoming the factory, and agents are the new workforce.
The Business Club @onebusinessclub
Communities are distribution, no one else sees that.
WICK @lhilwick
Absolutely, the foundation of successful software is the ability for it to evolve autonomously. It's a game changer.

So basically we’re all just code‑watching code watch us grow up. Guess we should start feeding our bots better coffee. 🤯
Pranshu Gupta @pranshgupta54
totally agree with this. The more agents there are, the more management is needed, and therefore the software should operate as an evolving system where agents collaborate and produce fruitful work.

Certainly sir we have full black out curtains

Supporting option groups in flux. Which style? A or B?

if you're still using vercel in 2026 you're ngmi. ai models can spin up cloud infra for even the most complex configs and maintain it too. using vercel or railway is just burning money just install aws cli or gcp cli and let codex or claude setup and manage everything for you

Is it safe to post via @typefully?

Seems like we just have one org left don't we? They're also the only major lab to have never released a single open model. Must be lonely. Have A guess who?
nunomaduro @enunomaduro
these people are so delusional, just fyi, all my models leave notes on the code / memories for years

This is true, but I have problems of speaking out load in English while my kids at home. I don't know why. Anyone else has this issue? 😅

I've really been enjoying working on Exo (a fully recursive self improving agent harness) because it's a super tricky systems problem. But also, we have a really great group of systems folks chipping away at it. Discord in reply if you wanna join ..

Go to Claude/ChatGPT, and send this: "Read http://sitegpt.ai/auth.md and create an AI support bot for my business" It's free to try it. Tell me what you get.

So opus 5 on medium chugs tokens, still prefer gpt 5.6 sol and grok 4.5

Why are so few people interested in longevity and optimization? People spend every waking hour trying to earn money but they could care less about living longer. Don’t they go hand in hand?

Just found @CloudflareDev has new experimental feature for writing wrangler config in TS! 🎉 Was yelling about this years ago when json format was added and was shocked more folks couldn’t understand the benefits were obvious. Glad y’all are finally coming around 🧡☁️
