grok-ultracode Standing Claude Code ultracode for Grok Build CLI. Grok already has the runtime: deterministic workflow scripts via the workflow tool and /workflows. This plugin is the missing /effort ultracode layer — on every substantive task the agent authors a workflow and launches it, instead of orchestrating turn by turn. Not affiliated with xAI or Anthropic. Claude Code already has this natively; do not install this plugin there. Install Plugin (skill + /ultracode): grok plugin install malakhov-dmitrii/grok-ultracode --trust Enable it in /plugins if it stays off (Grok plugins start disabled). Then install the standing rule — plugins cannot write ~/.grok/rules/: git clone https://github.com/malakhov-dmitrii/grok-ultracode.git cd grok-ultracode ./scripts/install-rule.sh No-plugin path (skill + rule into user dirs): ./scripts/install.sh Requires a Grok Build that ships ~/.grok/bundled/skills/create-workflow/SKILL.md (the workflow dialect). Too-old builds will not run authored scripts. Use New Grok session: /ultracode
Reply should be ULTRACODE ON. After that, bugfixes, reviews, migrations, and research become workflows. Watch /workflows. Stop with /ultracode off. One-shot, no standing mode: ultracode: audit src/routes for missing auth

Not a Grok harness patch. No native /effort ultracode flag exists; this is a skill + optional home rule. Not ultrawork / ralph. Those still use the model as orchestrator. Ultracode puts the loop in a script. Not cheap. Default run cap is 24 agents (medium). Skip status questions and one-file answers; those stay in the conversation.

Dialect and host API live in Grok Build itself (create-workflow bundled skill). This repo does not vendor that file. License MIT
