The hierarchy is really well handled, especially with so many tables, alerts, and side panels👏🏻

The colour coding on the lab stages is clear without being noisy. “Awaiting release” vs “Processing” is easy to scan.

My biggest regret is not using my “reach” to get more free computers when RAM was cheap

I've done a bunch of analysis of Hetzner alternatives. If your use case is simple, Netcup is your best option. Vultr is a 2nd contender in some regions (they are more affordable in North America where Hetzner is expensive). Posted a full report below

I love how many people are attaching to the "half-bounch" startup time metric. I used to do paid macOS dev ~20 years ago and most macOS devs I knew then used the bounce metric! Back then multiple bounces was the norm due to HDDs. One bounce really wasn't possible until SSDs.

OpenAI bought tens of thousands of Mac minis and Mac Studios for training computer-use agents through reinforcement learning. Anthropic is renting the same hardware through AWS. The demand got so high that Apple pulled high-RAM configs from sale entirely. What's left ships

Finally, at 35yo I built my todo app.

❗️ OpenAI has bought tens of thousands of Mac minis and Mac Studios to train computer-use agents, The Information reports The outlet says Anthropic rents the same machines through AWS instead

Two months ago, we started the mission to “build OpenClaw with OpenClaw,” and bit by bit, we moved everyone from using their local coding harness to using https://team.openclaw.ai - our shared agent that knows what everyone’s working on and orchestrates it all. Multiplayer coding

How is everyone pricing in AI model usage in their app? Seems there’s a few ways: - pass through the cost transparently to the end user (they use $30 of inference they get $30 added to their bill) - abstract the cost away into some flat monthly price and risk going bankrupt -

Doesn't matter if you like @dhh or not, you can't discredit what he's done in good faith. I've created 3 distros, 2 of them grew to among the most utilized operating systems in the enterprise (CentOS and Rocky), if I can give credit where it is due, so can others. https://x.com/ImLunaHey/stat/ImLunaHey/status/2093842947468915181…

100 tok/s on GLM-5.3-Flash, GLM-5.3 runs on the 6000s @ 80-180 tok/s I have not tried the Studio, I’m sure it’s an amazing machine especially if you are in the Mac world already. From a pure logistics POV the sparks use little power, make less noise, serve good model & tokens

This is a big mistake by @ivanhzhao .. Notion growth has been slowing for years. Kind of irrelevant now imho.. we have all of Notion capabilities and more as a tab in @planepowers .. tip of ice berg of the problem.

i run local models every day, from 8gb cards to 24gb, to 2x dgx spark at 256gb unified, to a 1tb supercluster. out of everything i serve, the most useful model to me right now is qwen 3.8 27b dense. it fits any 24gb vram card, runs easily on my rog 5090 laptop, and it just

I counted. 71 laptops. All but 2 of them are plastic. 100% flex cheaply when you press near the top of the trackpad. Sorry @dhh, I wanted to believe, but it’s critical that Omarchy work flawlessly on Apple hardware. It’s still the king.
