#### Unobtrusive by design

Collapsed by default, expanding only on hover. It lives at the edge of your desktop and stays out of the work.

Drag the widget anywhere on screen. The position is remembered between sessions, and the tray icon always brings it back.

#### Focus Mode

When you’ve seen enough, the widget compresses to a status pill: the state and the task. Nothing else.

Every task gets a color of its own, and the efficiency line changes color at the exact moment the task changes. Color is data here, not decoration.

A break is not failure.

It is a separate part of the session.

Trance tracks breaks separately. Time on a break never counts against your efficiency. The metric simply holds steady while you’re away, then continues where it left off.
