Is hiignite live?
Yes — you can create an account and start coaching today. There's no trial clock to start: the Free plan is free forever for 1 active client, no card, and you upgrade only when your roster does.
How much does hiignite cost?
There's a free tier — a genuinely free personal trainer app for 1 active client — plus Pro at $29/month (or $279/year) for 15 active clients, 25 GB storage, reusable templates, AI import and 0%-fee payments. Every extra block of 10 clients is $6 a month. Past 95 clients, Unlimited is a flat $79/month. No per-message fees, no payment surcharge, no feature paywalls; cancel any time.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account once, from the trainer dashboard, and clients subscribe to you on it directly. The money goes from your client to your Stripe account — it never passes through hiignite, and we take 0%: no platform fee, no percentage, and no surcharge on top of Stripe's own processing rate, which several coaching platforms mark up. Today that covers recurring monthly subscriptions; one-off charges and prepaid session packs are not in hiignite yet.
Do I pay extra for habits, branding or wearables?
No. Every feature on the roadmap ships inside Pro and Unlimited at no extra cost — Unlimited gets each one the day it ships. The only things you can add are more client seats and more storage.
Does hiignite track nutrition or macros?
Not yet — nutrition and macro tracking are not in hiignite today. They are on the roadmap, and like everything else there they ship inside Pro and Unlimited at no extra cost. We are not putting a date on it until it is close.
Can I get my data out of hiignite?
Not today — full coach data export is on the roadmap, and it will be included in Pro and Unlimited when it ships, like everything else there. We would rather say that plainly than point you at an export that does not exist yet.
Is there a free trial, or a contract?
There is no separate time-limited trial, because the free plan is the trial — 1 active client, free forever, no card. Monthly plans are month-to-month: cancel any time, no contract and no minimum term.
Is hiignite an alternative to Trainerize or TrueCoach?
Yes — hiignite is online coaching software for the same job (manage clients, deliver programs, get paid), rebuilt around how coaches actually work. A faster program builder, real-time form-check feedback, and pricing published in full — every seat and storage rate is on this page — are standard.
