Hi! Could you send my plan again? I can’t find the PDF.

Also, is Thursday ok without dairy?

21:47

1,850 − 1,567 = 283 kcal short

Maya: no dairy! Redo Thursday dinner.

You became a coach to help people eat better. Not to retype recipes, add up macros in a spreadsheet and fix a PDF at 11 pm.

Peas & Pans takes that part. You keep the part that needs you: deciding what each client should eat.
