Hey, there's a good chance we know why you're here.

You're running a real business. Customers to follow up, deals to close, invoices to chase. So at some point you tried a CRM. It was either built for a sales team of fifty: bloated and confusing. Or so generic it was really just a glorified spreadsheet, no better than the one you already had. Either way, the real work quietly drifted back to where it started.

We've been there. So we built the opposite: a CRM with everything you need, and nothing you don't. It's the fastest you'll ever use. There's no manual, because you already know how. And the AI isn't a chatbot bolted on the side. Autopilot does the boring, repetitive work for you, quietly, in the background.

One more thing, from us rather than a review site. We have no integrations directory. We gave your agent a way in instead, and here's the honest version.

Fast, simple, and working while you're not. That's the whole thing. Have a look around, and we'd be honored to have you.

Everything about a customer. One page.

No more spreadsheet here, inbox there, five tabs in between.

There's nothing

to learn.

It works like the tools you already know. Your spreadsheet, but it remembers for you. See it as a table, a pipeline, or a calendar.

Find the customer and answer before they call again.

Click a customer and you're already there. No spinner. No ten-second load. Every email, meeting, note and reminder on one page.

The faster it is, the more you use it. You stop dreading it. You start trusting it.

Everything about a customer on one page

You describe the job. Autopilot does it.

Autopilot is the tireless little helper that does the jobs you keep putting off. Especially the ones you hate.

Just tell it what you want, in plain words: "remind me when a deal goes quiet." It shows you exactly what it'll do, you say go, and it quietly handles the rest.

You're probably wondering…

The answer is yes.

  • Can Claude or ChatGPT actually use it, not just talk about it?
  • Will it keep working after I close the tab?
  • Will it actually be simpler than my spreadsheet?
  • Can I still work out of Gmail or Outlook?
  • Will my old CRM come with me, notes and all?
  • Can it quietly follow up on the things I forget?
  • Can I start without reading a single manual?
  • Up and running today, without a consultant?

“This is the kind of sales tooling I believe in: not another system to feed, but a connected trail from the first signal to a reviewed next step. In operationally complex businesses, reducing the handoff tax matters more than adding another dashboard.”

“In the early days of a startup, every conversation is both a customer call and a learning loop. Keeping the source, context, decision, and next action together is far more valuable than maintaining a CRM nobody updates.”

  • Still keeping a spreadsheet "just in case"? It's time for SoftSync.
  • Still waiting fifteen minutes for an answer your CRM should know? It's time for SoftSync.
  • Still paying for software your team quietly avoids? It's time for SoftSync.
  • Still doing the follow-ups from memory? It's time for SoftSync.

What is a CRM system?

A CRM is where a business keeps everything about its customers: who they are, what was agreed, what was sent, and what happens next. Without one, that information is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and the memory of whoever was in the meeting. With one, it sits in a single place and everyone on the team sees the same customer.

What is an agentic CRM?

It means an agent can use the CRM the way a person does, not just answer questions about it. Autopilot runs the routine work inside. Your own assistant connects over MCP and can do anything you can. You decide what it's allowed to do.

Does SoftSync integrate with my other tools?

Not through a directory of connectors, and we'd rather say so plainly. SoftSync runs an MCP server instead, so the assistant you already use works in your CRM and your other tools at once. Email and calendar connect directly, and there's a REST API for your own code.

What is the best CRM for a small business or startup?

There is no single best CRM for every small business. A small B2B team should compare how easily it can keep customer and company records, sales stages, conversations, and next actions together without creating an administration project. SoftSync is designed for growing teams that want that connected sales context and a workspace they can shape around their process.

What happens when we need more capacity?

Pro supports up to 5 team members, 10 groups, 250,000 records per table, 1 mailbox connection per user, and 1,000 campaign emails, enrichments, and chats per user per calendar month. Business raises those limits to 25 team members, 100 groups, 1,000,000 records per table, 5 mailbox connections per user, and 10,000 of each monthly usage item. Custom capacity is available when you need more than the Business limits, including custom integrations.

Why not just use a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet works right up until two people need it at once. Then the copies start: one version in an inbox, one on a desktop, and one that is actually correct. A spreadsheet also does not remember what was said on the phone, and it never tells you a customer has not heard from you in three weeks. That is usually the point people switch.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU, on Azure in Stockholm. SoftSync is built by a Norwegian team, and your data is stored and processed under European law. We never sell your data and never train AI models on it, and every sub-processor is listed with the region it sits in.

What does SoftSync cost?

Pro is 29 USD / 24 EUR / 279 NOK per seat per month billed yearly (39 USD / 29 EUR / 349 NOK monthly), and Business is 59 USD / 55 EUR / 649 NOK per seat yearly (79 USD / 69 EUR / 799 NOK monthly). Enterprise is custom-priced for tailored or unlimited capacity and custom integrations. All prices exclude VAT, and paid plans have a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card up front.

We'd be honored

to have you.

Nothing to assemble. Choose the room your sales process needs, then expand when it grows.
