Speed up any video on the web. FFWD adds a small control bar to every video: speed, skipping and loops, right on the video. It only shows when you hover, and every control has a keyboard shortcut. Formerly "YouTube Speed Controller". It still speeds up YouTube, and now works almost everywhere else too. Still free. Speed • Anything from 0.1× to 16×, in the steps you choose • Presets one click away • Remembers your speed per site, or everywhere • Keeps your speed when a site resets it on the next video Instagram Reels Instagram on the web has no progress bar. FFWD adds one. • Drag to any moment in a reel • Change the speed and keep it as you scroll • Move to the next reel automatically, repeat it, or stop at the end Loops and precision • A–B loop: repeat a solo, a dance move or a sentence • Step frame by frame • Skip back or ahead by any number of seconds Audio • Volume boost up to 600%, with a limiter so it stays clean • Mono, for listening with one earbud Picture • Brightness, contrast and saturation • Zoom, rotate and mirror • Save the current frame as a PNG • Picture-in-Picture, even where a site turns it off Keyboard S / D slower / faster R back to 1×, press again to return G preferred speed Z / X back / forward 10 seconds \[ / \] loop start / end , / . previous / next frame Shift+↑ / Shift+↓ volume boost P Picture-in-Picture Shift+S save frame V show / hide the bar Change any of them in Settings. Shortcuts pause while you type. Works on YouTube, Netflix, Instagram, online courses, news sites and most other video on the web. Turn it off for any site with one click.
