    Co-Founder & COO, Vic.ai

“This is the kind of sales tooling I believe in: not another system to feed, but a connected trail from the first signal to a reviewed next step. In operationally complex businesses, reducing the handoff tax matters more than adding another dashboard.”

“In the early days of a startup, every conversation is both a customer call and a learning loop. Keeping the source, context, decision, and next action together is far more valuable than maintaining a CRM nobody updates.”

    Stian Rustad[](https://www.linkedin.com/in/stianrustad/)

“What resonates with me is how SoftSync connects activity, context, and the next step without making sales work heavier. For founders, good software should create more capacity for customers and value creation, not more system administration.”

Final Frontier, Investing in European Sovereignty

“For frontier companies, the hard part is not finding the next conversation. It is preserving why that conversation matters across the long path from introduction to diligence to partnership. A flexible record with the context and next action attached is genuinely useful.”

“The interesting part is not the AI layer by itself. It is keeping the signal, the decision, and the next action connected. That matters enormously when you are following ambitious companies over years, not just managing a short sales cycle.”

“I never imagined that transferring data from HubSpot to SoftSync could be this easy. Claude first had a conversation with me, walking me through the different options and important differences. It then handled the entire process for me.”

    VP Products, SAP

“SoftSync makes sense to me because it keeps the operational signal and the next action connected. In product work, especially around complex planning workflows, the value is not another dashboard. It is a clear path from the first signal to a decision the team can act on.”

“What stands out is the focus on making the underlying context searchable, not just making messages move faster. When conversations, transaction data, and follow-up live together, a team can spend less time reconstructing what happened and more time deciding what to do next.”

    Founder, Media JR

“The important part is not sending more outreach. It is recognizing intent, researching the account, and following up with the right context. When those signals stay connected to the conversation and next action, LinkedIn outreach becomes a system instead of a sequence of generic messages.”

“Good content starts with listening closely enough to find the real point of difference. Keeping the customer story, the signal behind it, and the next conversation connected makes it easier to turn useful insight into content that still sounds human.”

    If it worked,

    you wouldn't be here.

  • Still keeping a spreadsheet "just in case"? It's time for SoftSync.
  • Still waiting fifteen minutes for an answer your CRM should know? It's time for SoftSync.
  • Still paying for software your team quietly avoids? It's time for SoftSync.
  • Still doing the follow-ups from memory? It's time for SoftSync.

Hey, there's a good chance we know why you're here.

You're running a real business. Customers to follow up, deals to close, invoices to chase. So at some point you tried a CRM. It was either built for a sales team of fifty: bloated and confusing. Or so generic it was really just a glorified spreadsheet, no better than the one you already had. Either way, the real work quietly drifted back to where it started.

We've been there. So we built the opposite: a CRM with everything you need, and nothing you don't. It's the fastest you'll ever use.

Simple yet flexible that shapes around your business. That's the whole thing. Have a look around, and we'd be honored to have you.

Is SoftSync hard to set up?

No. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use SoftSync. Import your contacts, connect your inbox, and start. We can also shape the workspace with you at no setup fee.

Can I track things other than deals?

Yes. Create your own record types—investors, candidates, properties, partners—each with its own fields, stages, and views, linked together.

Will we outgrow it?

You can start with a simple list and add record types, stages, automation, and reports as you grow, without switching tools.

Does a bot join my meetings?

No. The desktop app captures meetings from your Mac or Windows computer. Review the editable summary and attach it directly to the right record.

How is this different from a note-taker plus my CRM?

Most note-takers keep notes in their own app or require another subscription. SoftSync creates an editable summary you can attach directly to the customer’s record, without switching tools or setting up an integration.

Do I still need a booking tool or form builder for my website?

Most teams don’t. SoftSync includes booking pages and forms, and responses go straight to the CRM.

Can you help me move from my current CRM?

Yes. Migration is available—just ask us, and we’ll help you move from your current CRM.

Are the AI, MCP & API included?

Yes. AI, MCP, and API access are included on every plan.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $29 per seat per month, billed yearly. See Pricing for plan details.

We'd be honored

to have you.

Nothing to assemble. Choose the room your sales process needs, then expand when it grows.
