Taliban Suspends Fiber-Optic Network Expansion In Afghanistan

According to a document obtained by Afghanistan International, the Taliban Communications Ministry has ordered Afghan Telecom and several private firms to halt all fibre-optic expansion, repair and infrastructure work until further notice.
