What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR lets you change the destination after the code's created. Perfect for menus, campaigns, or any content that changes over time. Our free plan includes 15 — no limit on scans, no expiration. Competitors gate this behind $10–15/mo paywalls.

How many QR codes can I create?

Unlimited static codes on all tiers. Free: 15 dynamic codes. Pro & Business: unlimited. A 'static' QR encodes the destination into the dots themselves — it can't change. A 'dynamic' one encodes a short link, so you can edit the destination in your dashboard after printing.

How does AI Brand Sync work?

Upload your logo → Vibrant.js extracts the dominant palette client-side in <2s → we auto-apply those colors to your QR and verify scannability (≥3:1 contrast) → done. No color pickers, no trial-and-error. If your logo is dark purple, your QR gets dark purple. If it fails the scan check, we auto-adjust and show you the safe version.

Do you track my users?

We track scans for analytics (device class, rough geo, timestamp) but never raw IP, never persistent IDs, never sell data. Free tier gets the same privacy posture as Pro. Analytics are opt-in for each dynamic code — you can disable tracking entirely if you want.

What file formats can I download?

PNG, SVG, JPG, and print-ready PDF with bleed + quiet zone. All tiers, all formats. SVG is vector — scale it to billboard size without pixelation. PDF includes crop marks and a 3mm bleed for print shops.

How do custom domains work?

Business tier lets you use your own domain (e.g., qr.yourbrand.com) instead of qrbliss.com for short links. One domain per account. Setup: add a CNAME record → verify ownership → done. Your codes use your domain, keeping the entire experience on-brand.

Do you offer support?

Free: community forum + docs. Pro: priority email (24h response). Business: dedicated Slack/email channel. We don't offshore support — you're talking to the team that built this.

What's your refund policy?

30-day money-back, no questions asked. If you're not happy in the first month, email us and we'll refund your entire payment. After 30 days, we pro-rate refunds for annual plans — you keep the service through the end of your billing period.
