A day with Leveld
Leveld keeps the project day moving without asking you to become the system of record. It watches for project signals, prepares the next move, and waits for approval where action leaves your workspace.

Different roles feel the same problem: too much project context, too many sources, not enough time to chase every loose end.
Approval stays with you
Leveld can prepare work like a project manager, but the final call stays human. Every outbound move is reviewable before it leaves.
Prepared follow-up
Ask Maya to confirm the launch date change
Reason: the date moved in the planning thread and the vendor note still uses the old milestone.
1. ### Prepared A reply, owner chase, invite, or summary is assembled from the source trail. 2. ### Cited The reason is visible beside the recommendation, so you can inspect the evidence. 3. ### Editable Change the wording, owner, timing, or priority before approving anything. 4. ### Approved Only approved work moves forward. Dismissed work stays out of the way.

Questions
Everything worth knowing before you connect your work.
Which tools does Leveld connect to?
Leveld is built to read across Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and meeting tools like Fireflies and Otter. During the beta we start with Gmail and roll the rest out as we go.
Will Leveld send emails or messages on its own?
No. Leveld prepares the next move — a draft reply, a calendar invite, an owner chase — and nothing leaves until you approve it.
Is my data used to train your AI?
No. Your data is not used to train our AI.
How is my data kept separate from other companies?
Your connected work is handled within your workspace, with access controls designed to keep organisations separate and sensitive content protected.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Connect your tools and Leveld starts reading and preparing work. You review and approve from one place — there is no setup project to run.
Is Leveld replacing my project management tool?
No. Leveld works around the project context you already have. It helps find follow-ups, risks, decisions, and drafts; your existing tools can still hold the formal plan.
Can I edit what Leveld prepares?
Yes. Prepared replies, nudges, and summaries are editable before approval. You can change wording, timing, owners, or priority.
What if a source is not available in my beta group?
Leveld shows which sources are active before you connect. If a source is not active yet, the beta experience stays clear about that limitation.
What should I try first?
Start with owner chases, meeting follow-ups, open decisions, and blocker summaries. Those are the places where scattered context usually costs the most time.
What does it cost?
Leveld is free during the beta — no card required. We'll share simple per-seat pricing before the beta ends.
How is this different from a general AI assistant?
Every recommendation points back to the message, document, or transcript that triggered it, and nothing acts without your sign-off. Leveld is accountable, not just generative.
Can I disconnect or delete my data?
Yes. Disconnect any source whenever you like, and request workspace deletion when you no longer want Leveld to keep your connected context.
