Choose a Patent Tier
Every patent in the feed is rated by how hard a follow-on filing is likely to be — pick which tier you want at checkout, or leave it on the default:
- Tier 1 — Clean Path (default). Valuable, and our analysis sees a route through examination that's relatively likely to clear without a fight.
- Tier 2 — Some Pushback. Still valuable, but expect more resistance getting a follow-on filing approved.
- Tier 3 — Hard Fight, Worth It. Valuable enough that it's worth pursuing even though it'll be the hardest of the three to get through examination.
- Your first list now arrives right after you sign up, not on the next Monday — the weekly cadence starts from there.
- Track more than one technology area at once, depending on your tier (1 / 3 / up to 10) — pick from common areas or type your own.
- Checkout now shows you a live match count for your chosen area and tier before you pay, so you're never charged for a combination that currently has nothing in it.
