A free Linktree alternative in South Africa
Get one free link-in-bio page for every link you want people to open. No monthly subscription, no dollar card — extras are pay-as-you-go in rands.
Most link-in-bio tools charge a monthly subscription in dollars, which is awkward without a dollar card and frustrating when you only need one page. ZELF takes the opposite approach: your page is free, and you only spend credits on extras like QR codes or image tools.
You get a mobile-first page with your links, socials, a headline and a bio, on your own short ZELF address. Publish it in your Instagram or TikTok bio, your email signature, or on a printed QR code.
How to do it
1. 1 Create an account and claim your ZELF page — the first page on your account is free. 2. 2 Add your links, socials and a short description of what you do. 3. 3 Pick your slug and publish. Your page is live on a clean, shareable address. 4. 4 Drop the link into every bio and signature you own, and add a QR code if you need it in print.
Example uses
Creator in your Instagram bio

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Your first ZELF page costs nothing and there is no monthly fee. You only buy credits for optional extras like QR codes and image tools.
Do I need a dollar card?
No. Credits are bought in rands through Yoco, and they never expire.
Can I have more than one page?
Yes. Each additional page costs a once-off 10 credits when you create it, and gives a brand or product its own public address.
