It shows up in your Mac's notch

    Watch the film

The CoIsland launch film. A Mac opens at 10:30 on a morning of notifications from every tool; by 11:58 you learn a Snowflake task broke at 9:41. Then the same morning with CoIsland: the notch takes in the notifications, shows the failure at 9:42, and hands it to Claude Code, which finds three bad rows in the orders file, asks before it acts, and reruns the task. Same morning, all clear by 3:00 PM.

  • ### Your stack, whatever it is
  • One connector per tool, from code and deploys to data, tickets and on-call. 35+ today; more on the way.
  • ### Watch anything
  • A build, a table, a ticket, an inbox, a web page or a script of your own: one query in the tool's own language, checked on the schedule you pick.
  • ### Signal, not noise
  • Only what fired, with its rows and notes. New, acknowledged, resolved: you decide when it moves.
  • ### See what earns its place
  • Each monitor's history, how fast alerts get handled, and which ones are noise.
  • ### Hand it to an agent
  • Claude Code, Codex or Cortex Code opens in a terminal under the alert, one click from the notch.
  • ### The whole story, handed over
  • The agent gets the alert's facts, the monitor's query, every kept row and the activity, and sums it up.
  • ### You keep the final say
  • The agent runs what is safe and asks you for the rest, right in the notch. It never closes an alert: you do.
  • ### Your keys stay on your Mac
  • No CoIsland server, no account. Tokens live in the macOS Keychain, and the app talks to your tools directly.
  • ### Native Swift
  • A Mac app for Apple Silicon on macOS 14 and later, not a browser tab.

I'm an Applied AI Engineer in Montréal. I'm also a software engineering student, and I build side projects most nights. That's three workspaces, each with its own Jira, GitHub, deployments and inbox. Nothing was hard on its own. Keeping track of all of it was.

So I built the one place I was missing: a single view of every workspace, where I already look, at the top of my screen. Every alert, issue and deployment says where it comes from: my job, my project or my coursework. One glance tells me what broke and where, and I act on it right there, or hand it to an AI agent while I keep the final say.

I've run my days from the notch for more than two months. Nothing slips between workspaces anymore, and I no longer pay the tab-switching tax. If it does the same for you, or doesn't, write to me. I read every message.

In my own notch every day since July 2026

    Frequently asked questions

Which tools does CoIsland connect to?

35+ today, each through its own connector: your data (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt), your code and deploys (GitHub, Vercel), your issues (Jira, Linear, Notion), your on-call (Sentry, PagerDuty, Datadog), and your mail and calendar. The full list is on the Connectors page; more are on the way.

Can I ask for a connector?

Yes: write to hello@coisland.app with the tool you use and what you would watch in it.

Can an AI agent act on an alert?

Hand an alert to Claude Code, Codex or Cortex Code: the agent opens in a terminal under the alert, with the whole alert as its first message. Claude Code and Codex run in their auto mode, doing what is safe and asking you for the rest; Cortex Code asks before it acts. No agent closes an alert: you do.

Does my data go through a CoIsland server?

No. There is no CoIsland server: the app talks to your tools directly from your Mac. When you hand an alert to an agent, that agent's own service receives it.

    Where are my credentials stored?

Every connector's token is kept in the macOS Keychain. Snowflake connections can be imported from \~/.snowflake, the files the Snowflake CLI and Cortex Code use, which CoIsland never writes.

How often does a monitor check?

Each monitor runs on its own schedule, such as every 30 seconds or every 5 minutes.

    What do I need?

A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 14 or later. It does not run on Intel Macs.

    Is there a free version?

Yes. Without a license, your 2 oldest monitors run for good, on any connector, with no time limit and no account. A license runs every monitor.

    How much does it cost?

$29.99 until October 25, the early bird price, then $49.99, paid once, for up to 2 Macs, with a year of updates. The versions from that year stay yours for good; another year of updates is $5.99. No subscription, and 30 days to change your mind: a refund in one click.
